A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CUTLER BAY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING AND REAFFIRMING MEMBERS TO THE TOWN OF CUTLER BAY BOARDS; APPOINTING NEW TOWN COUNCIL LIAISONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
At the January 9, 2019 Town Council Workshop there was a discussion regarding Town Advisory Boards, appointments of members of the Town Council as liaisons to the Town Advisory Boards, reappointment of current members by newly elected and re-elected members of the Town Council and reaffirmation of appointments to the Advisory Boards by sitting Town Council members; as well as the filling of vacancies on three of the Advisory Boards. The Town Clerk has worked since the January Town Council Workshop with each of the members of the Town Council to provide for all of the above.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the appointments of members of the Town Council as liaisons to the Town Advisory Boards, reappointment of current members by newly elected and re-elected members of the Town Council and reaffirmation of appointments to the Advisory Boards by sitting Town Council members; as well as the filling of vacancies on three of the Advisory Boards be formalized with the adoption of this resolution with the attachment of Exhibit "A", which provides the details for each advisory board.
