BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
The Town of Cutler Bay Town Council adopted Resolution No. 17-04 (Attachment “A”) at the January 18, 2017 Town Council meeting. Resolution No. 17-04 was amended to include Term of Service Limits for Town Committee members. During the meeting, Town Attorney Mitchell Bierman advised that the Town Code of Ordinances regulating Town Advisory Boards be amended to include the same amended language as the newly adopted resolution. This proposed amendment to the Code of Ordinance is the result of that housekeeping measure. This ordinance was advertised for second reading on
March 5, 2017 in the Miami Herald Neighbors section.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the amendment to the Town Code to include Term of Service Limits for Town Committee members.
