BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Village of Old Cutler Corp., is seeking Site Plan approval to permit a commercial mixed-use development consisting of 15,852 square foot CVS building with a drive-thru pharmacy window and a 40,536 square foot 3-story, mixed use building which includes ground floor retail (6,698 sq. ft.) and 18 residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
With the latest site plan provided, the applicant has reduced the number of Variances requested for this project from 5 to 2. In addition, a Conditional Use application is in process for a drive-thru facilities attached to the CVS store. These Variances and Conditional Use are considered in separate applications.
