BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
 
Town of Cutler Bay Ordinance 11-08 provides for the newly elected or reelected council members to appoint board members.  After discussion at the December 10, 2015 Town Council meeting, members of the Council have provided committee appointments to the Town Clerk for inclusion in the January, 2015 agenda.  The list of appointees is attached to the resolution as "Exhibit A".
 
RECOMMENDATION
 
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the resolution appointing members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
