BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Recently the City Council of the City of Homestead adopted Resolution No. R2014-10-106 supporting the development of a water trolley service between Biscayne National Park, Boca Chita Key and Elliott Key. It is planned to have the proposed water trolley service link with the City of Homestead's land trolley, which would provide additional transportation to and from Biscayne National Park and Everglades National Park. The Town of Cutler Bay resolution proposes and supports an additional water trolley stop at Miami-Dade County's Black Point Park and Marina.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Town Council join Mayor Bell and Council Member Loyzelle in supporting the City of Homestead City Council and supporting an additional trolley stop at Black Point Park and Marina
